After, we'll collect the offical information we'll need to start building your proposal. And this is where the planning magic begins!

You'll receive a custom proposal for review. If your planning package includes revisions, this is where we'll team up to fine-tune the details and make sure everything reflects your vision.

Once you've approved your proposal, we'll collect your payment authorization to apply with your selected travel supplier. We'll then confirm your reservation(s) and send over all the details + any next steps personalized to your trip.

Leading up to your departure, we’ll be diligently monitoring your bookings, confirming every detail, and keeping you updated with any changes.

You’ll receive a detailed itinerary, along with a checklist of any tasks that need attention. We'll also share my insider tips, expert recommendations, and helpful reminders to ensure you feel completely prepared and excited for your adventure.

While you're off enjoying your adventure, we’ll be working behind the scenes, monitoring every detail possible to anticipate and address any potential hiccups before they reach you. 

For non-urgent matters, we'll be available during regular business hours to offer guidance, solutions, and act as your advocate if anything goes off course. In the event of a travel emergency, you’ll have round-the-clock access for immediate assistance.
